I'm A motivated, passionate trainer ready to give you the platform for growth 

Cillian has been in the health and fitness space for the past 6 years since completing a degree in Human Nutrition. He continues for strive for excellence and knowledge, holding qualifications in Health Science & Physiology and a Masters degree in Sports Nutrition and Exercise.

Cillian has helped 400+ clients transform their health and lifestyle. His online coaching service unlike any other, has grown and developed as Cillian himself has added further knowledge and experience to his roster. Simplicity is the name of the game but the simple platform in place has effective measures in place for health, fitness and nutrition.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I'm afraid of failure
Being afraid is good. It gets you out of your comfort zone and ready to face a challenge head on. Never be afraid of failure. So many people think it's a bad thing. It's not. Think of failure as a first attempt in learning. Anyways, I can tell you that if you give it a go you won't fail.
I don't think this is the right time for me now
I am going to give a blunt answer here. There is never a right time to start but your health should be your biggest priority. Timing is one of the steps I deep dive into during the Healthy Habits Challenge and I teach you how to fit it all in. You will be surprised by how much time you can free up with a little planning :) 
I don't know if I can justify the price
I am going to be honest with you here. This early bird offer is extremely cheap. In fact, I am confident in saying that you will not find this offer anywhere else. If you break it down, it works out at €1.80 a day. That is cheaper than a cup of coffee. 
I am a complete beginner and afraid this will be too difficult for me?
The challenge is catered to all levels and there are step by step guides to ensure you don’t fall behind. We also have weekly group coach calls and a support team to assist you through any queries and to make sure you are well looked after.
What if I don't see results?
I can guarantee you now, that if you put the work in, you will see results. Every client who has passed through my doors has seen results, as long as they made the effort. To make it even more reassuring for you, if you don't see results and put the hard work in, I will give you your money back.
I don't see how this will help me
This coaching service is very different from others. It’s not a pt service. It is a health coaching service which helps you to improve all aspects of your health. Not just your weight. We will deep dive into nutrition, sleep, stress, digestion, menstruation cycle and a lot more. Not only will you see the scales go in the right direction, you will also see a massive improvement in quality of life and a massive increase in confidence too.
I am a busy person and not sure if I will have the time?
The program is catered to suit YOUR lifestyle not ours. The app will allow you to schedule the workouts for whenever suits you and any live training in the group will be recorded for you to watch back on your own spare time. If you can allocate 20-30 minutes a day for the next 28 days you will see results. 
How much weight will I lose on the challenge?
This one is very individual and will be based on how much effort you put in. However, the average weight loss over the 28 days is usually between 6-10lbs. I have seen people lose up to 15 lbs in 28 days so it really comes down to the effort that you put into it.
